极鉴 KeyScope

引言

极鉴 KeyScope 的开发者及运营者（以下简称“我们”）尊重并保护您的个人隐私。本政策说明极鉴 KeyScope 移动应用（以下简称“本应用”）如何处理与您有关的信息，以及您享有的权利。

本政策按照本应用当前版本的实际功能编写。当前版本是一款用于浏览、搜索、排行和对比键盘、鼠标、耳机及游戏手柄等外设信息的工具，不提供账号注册、评论社区、在线交易或云同步服务。

一、我们收集的信息

1. 当前版本不主动收集个人信息

本应用当前版本不会要求您提供姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址、身份证件、支付信息或其他可识别个人身份的信息，也不提供用户账号注册或登录功能。

2. 搜索、筛选与对比数据

您输入的搜索关键词、选择的产品品类及对比项目仅在您的设备上处理，用于展示对应结果，不会上传至我们的服务器。

3. 设备权限

当前正式版本不申请定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、相册、文件存储、蓝牙、通知或广告追踪等敏感权限。

4. 设备信息、使用数据与崩溃日志

我们当前未集成自有或第三方分析、广告、崩溃统计及用户行为追踪 SDK，不会主动收集设备唯一标识符、Android ID、广告标识符、IP 地址、精确使用记录或崩溃日志。

请注意：Apple App Store、Google Play 或您使用的操作系统可能依据其自身隐私政策处理下载、安装、安全和诊断信息，该等处理并非由本应用控制。

二、我们如何使用信息

由于当前版本不向我们的服务器收集个人信息，我们不会将个人信息用于广告投放、用户画像、自动化决策或营销。应用内的数据处理仅用于：

• 在设备本地完成产品搜索、品类筛选、排行和参数对比；
• 在当前使用过程中展示语言、收藏状态或界面状态；
• 保证本应用基础功能正常运行。

三、信息的共享、转让与披露

我们不会出售、出租、交换或向第三方共享您的个人信息。当前版本不接入广告平台、数据分析平台、社交登录、云存储、推送或支付服务。

如我们依法需要配合司法机关、行政机关或其他有权机关，我们只会在适用法律要求的范围内提供我们实际持有的信息。鉴于当前版本不在服务器存储用户个人信息，通常不存在可供披露的用户个人数据。

四、信息的存储与安全

本应用的产品资料和产品图片随安装包本地提供。当前版本不建立用户数据库，也不会将搜索、筛选、收藏或对比行为上传至我们的服务器。

应用运行过程中产生的临时状态可能保存在设备内存或应用沙盒中，并可通过关闭应用、清除应用数据或卸载应用予以清除。我们会采取与应用功能和风险相适应的技术措施保护应用安全，但任何电子系统均无法保证绝对安全。

五、您的权利

在适用法律规定的范围内，您可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理、撤回同意及投诉等权利。

由于当前版本不设置用户账号，也不在我们的服务器保存您的个人信息，通常不存在需要向我们申请访问、更正或删除的账户数据。您可以通过清除应用数据或卸载本应用删除设备上的本地应用数据。如有疑问，可通过本政策末尾的方式联系我们。

六、第三方内容与服务

本应用展示的品牌名称、产品名称和产品图片用于外设信息介绍与鉴评。

当前版本未集成第三方广告、分析、社交登录、地图、支付或云服务 SDK。未来如增加联网内容、第三方链接或第三方 SDK，我们将更新本政策，并根据法律要求另行取得您的同意。

七、儿童隐私

本应用不专门面向不满 13 周岁的儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若您是儿童的父母或监护人，并认为儿童通过本应用向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们；经核实后，我们将依法及时处理。

Introduction

The developer and operator of KeyScope (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the KeyScope mobile application (the “App”) handles information relating to you and describes your privacy rights.

This Policy reflects the actual functionality of the current version of the App. The App helps users browse, search, rank, and compare peripherals such as keyboards, mice, headsets, and game controllers. It does not currently provide account registration, a comment community, online purchases, or cloud synchronization.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 No personal information actively collected

The current version of the App does not ask you to provide your name, telephone number, email address, identity documents, payment details, or other information that identifies you. The App does not provide user registration or sign-in.

1.2 Search, filtering, and comparison data

Search terms, selected product categories, and product comparison choices are processed locally on your device solely to display relevant results. They are not uploaded to our servers.

1.3 Device permissions

The current production version does not request sensitive permissions for location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, file storage, Bluetooth, notifications, or advertising tracking.

1.4 Device data, usage data, and crash logs

We have not integrated first-party or third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or behavioral-tracking SDKs. We do not actively collect unique device identifiers, Android ID, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, detailed usage records, or crash logs.

Apple App Store, Google Play, or your operating system provider may process download, installation, security, and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. Such processing is outside our control.

2. How We Use Information

Because the current version does not collect personal information on our servers, we do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing. Processing within the App is limited to:

• Performing product searches, category filtering, rankings, and comparisons locally on your device;
• Displaying language, favorite, or interface state during your use of the App; and
• Providing and maintaining the App’s core functionality.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The current version does not integrate advertising platforms, analytics platforms, social sign-in, cloud storage, push notifications, or payment services.

If we are legally required to cooperate with a court, regulator, or other competent authority, we will disclose only information we actually hold and only to the extent required by applicable law. As the current version does not store users’ personal information on our servers, there is generally no user personal data available for disclosure.

4. Storage and Security

Product information and product images are bundled locally with the App. The current version does not maintain a user database and does not upload your searches, filters, favorites, or comparison activity to our servers.

Temporary state generated while the App is running may be held in device memory or the App sandbox and can be removed by closing the App, clearing its data, or uninstalling it. We apply safeguards appropriate to the App’s functionality and risk, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint.

Because the current version has no user accounts and does not retain personal information on our servers, there is generally no account data for us to access, correct, or delete. You may remove local App data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. Please contact us using the details below if you have any questions.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Brand names, product names, and product images are displayed for peripheral information and review purposes.

The current version does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social sign-in, mapping, payment, or cloud-service SDKs. If we add online content, third-party links, or third-party SDKs in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us through the App, please contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action as required by law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in App functionality, applicable laws, or our practices. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a prominent notice in the App or through another reasonable method. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
